How To Raise Your Testosterone Naturally

Have you wondered if it’s possible to boost your testosterone without drugs? Fortunately, there are many things you can do to help raise your testosterone naturally.

My name is Dr. Tom Rofrano from the Natural Medicine Clinic in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida. I’ve had the pleasure of seeing over 100,000 patient visits over the last 36 years, many of whom have gut and thyroid issues. And many of my male patients have low testosterone levels.

Getting to the Root Cause of Low Testosterone

One case that stands out is a man in his forties who came in and was feeling awful. He was overweight, had high blood pressure, high cholesterol, insomnia, fatigue, brain fog, and decreased sex drive. He also had decreased stamina, muscle strength, and gut and thyroid issues.

When we received his lab results, his cholesterol was over 300, he had high ferritin, high insulin, high inflammatory marker (CRP), elevated liver enzymes, and his testosterone was very low at 123 ng/dL. He didn’t want to go and get testosterone therapy but wanted to discover the root cause of his health issues and raise his testosterone naturally without drugs.

Starting The FreeDiet® and Supplements

I put him on an anti-inflammatory diet I call The FreeDiet®. This is a diet I created that is free of gluten, grains, sugar, yeast, dairy, eggs, soy, legumes, nightshades, and processed foods. All those foods are commonly responsible for inflammation and other chronic health issues.

In addition to the FreeDiet®, I put him on the appropriate Natural Medicine Formulas™ supplements. After four weeks on the FreeDiet® and Natural Medicine Formulas™, I ran updated lab testing. His cholesterol decreased by over 100 points to normal, and his ferritin, liver enzymes, and CRP decreased by over 50% to normal levels.

Increased Testosterone

In four weeks, his testosterone went up 530 points, which is amazing as I see typical results after the first month of a 200-300 point increase.

So in four weeks, his testosterone dramatically increased from 123 to 657. His fatigue, brain fog, and insomnia decreased while his sex drive, stamina, and muscle strength increased. He was very energized and feeling great. The FreeDiet® book goes over the diet in more detail, and you can go here for your complimentary copy of The FreeDiet® phase one food chart.

Which Supplements Help Low Testosterone?

The basic foundational supplements that can support healthy testosterone levels include a multivitamin, probiotic, fish oil, vitamin D, and magnesium. On top of that, zinc, vitamin C, and curcumin can be very helpful for testosterone support. I also recommend a product called TestoFlex, which is very specific for helping your body support natural testosterone production.

TestoFlex™ has two clinically tested ingredients to help the vitality in men and women. These ingredients include PrimaVie® shilajit and LJ100® Eurycoma longifolia. Not only will TestoFlex™ help support healthy testosterone levels, but you will also see an increase in brain function, sexual health, and physical endurance.

If you have metabolic syndrome like he did (insulin resistance, high cholesterol, high blood pressure), CardioMetaboliX™ is an excellent formula to support that. Glutathione with NAC is another supplement that can provide liver support if you have elevated liver enzymes like he did.

This client also had some adrenal issues, so I gave him some adrenal support. The final supplements I recommended to him were digestive enzymes and other gut support supplements to help him with his digestive issues.

If your DHEA levels are low, supplementing with DHEA can also be helpful for enhancing testosterone.

Your Body Can Heal

Your body has an amazing ability to heal when given the right tools. With the diet change and supplements, this client experienced a 530-point increase in testosterone in just one month.

For those that aren’t necessarily concerned with their overall health, they can take the injections and gels, but there are side effects that go along with that. For those that want to improve their health and discover what’s causing low testosterone, like impaired liver function or metabolic syndrome, uncovering the root cause and then correcting it can achieve amazing results.
